Free one bedroom Branson Yacht Club

Own a week annually in a small one bedroom condo on the lake on Indian Point two miles South of SDC . Choose your week commencing Saturday afternoon and ending Saturday morning. You will have to pay maintenance fees commencing 2012 in amount of $434.00. Also, the management company charges a one-time fee of $375.00 to transfer ownership. This includes deed preparation, recording fees and changing ownership records at the resort. Here are pictures that I took last summer.
