Free North Idaho wonderland - great trader with PI

Stoneridge Resort, Blanchard Idaho - about 45 min north of I-90 at Couer d' Alene Idaho.

I always get three weeks when I deposit this with Platinum Interchange. MF's $394 for 2012.

1 bedroom unit. First year of use and first year of fees April 5th 2013.

PM me if interested - it gets 12 TPU if deposited with RCI Weeks.

Free as in no money to me - new owner pays closing costs only.

I recommend JRA Closing (recommended by TUG) @ $225 (plus small resort fee)

Deeded Unit 639 week 14 (fixed) - early April - often Spring Break Week, Friday check in.

This is a late season SKI week

Roads are clear down below - but all 5 regional Ski Resorts (within 2 hour drive) are open until April 6th or later this year.
