I own at Monarch Grand Vacations. I bought back in 1999.
The 9 different locations include: Cabo, Cancun, Utah, Palm Springs, Riviera Spa Resort, and Lake Tahoe. I also traded and used condos in Hawaii, San Francisco and Disney. I used these for several years and it was very easy to book and reserve. I know am now focused on going to a beach house I own every summer so do not have any use for this.

I have 133 points. I was always able to get ocean views and 2BR/2Bath
This is fully paid off: I am willing to give this for free. The quarterly dues you would take over are are: $148.30. I am willing to pay your dues for all of 2013 and all of 2014 as well as the transfer fee with Monarch Grand Vacations.
