Things forgot to post:

• Trading with Massanutten affiliate resorts (will share list of affiliates upon request) for only 159$ with less than half of the 17 trading power most of the time. We exchanged for ocean front resorts summer time and Orlando resorts these years
• 1 bonus week(can choose any resort) with RCI for only 249$ (has to be booked within 2-45 days before traveling date)

To be sure I understand this offer...if someone "buys" this unit they will get free usage in 2026 in the form of 17 RCI TPUs and you will pay them $1000 for taking the unit?

Exactly, the 17 Trading power is available for use any time from now. This resort is RCI Gold crown Resort.
Plus I have booked a week 12/26/2025-1/2/2026 at Massanutten for this Christmas using my previous deposit points, if anyone wants to take the offer I can gift this booked week too.

Yes. Sounds too good to be true. We have enjoyed these years but life changed and can’t travel any more with a very busy schedule, just want to give it to someone so we don’t need to worry about it anymore.
