While we've enjoyed our timeshare for over 20 years, the time has come to part ways.

We have 2x deeded weeks, even-numbered year occupancy, at Marriott's Ko'olina Beach Club. 2BR/2BA lockoff, ocean view. Each week has a ~$1600 annual maintenance fee, or ~$3200 total per year for both weeks. 2025 maintenance fees are paid in full. There is no loan or lien on the units. Looking to start the process pretty much ASAP. I'm the legal owner.

This is NOT their points system! These are deeded weeks. You can enroll in the points system if you want. Not currently enrolled in II, but you obviously can choose to do so.

We have a reservation 6-March-20205 through 20-March-2025 that we're happy to transfer to you.

Occupancy options include consecutive, concurrent, entirely different times of year, and both units can be locked off and the pieces occupied separately (fee applies).

Owning multiple weeks gives you a 13-month reservation window.

Recipient to pay all title/transfer fees, after MVC waives their RoFR. (We're fine paying our own notary fees, obviously.)

Happy to answer questions!

I would be interested!

Hello! Sent you a message, I’m interested in one or both weeks!

Looks like we've got a couple of folks interested... I'll re-post if both fall through, but otherwise please assume the units are spoken for. Thank you!

You cannot enroll these weeks in Abound without a tens of thousand dollar purchase (possibly, if sales lets you). Also, March 2025 has passed.

A generous offer for sure! I would assume that Marriott will take these two weeks back during the ROFR process.

.

MF's were $1,678 for EOY weeks.

You better show a purchase price of some kind, or Marriott will not let this sale go through, and escrow has to be held in Hawaii, which sucks. Hawaii has all of the control over escrow.

These will be taken back through ROFR.

On rofr.net, they don't appear to be taking back EOY weeks.

It looks like an EOY failed in July at $4000. These are probably worth at least $4000 each, if not more as they are Ocean View.

Is this still available?

Since there is not an actual purchase price it should look like a no cash sale. I know Breckenridge Grand Vacations does not ROFR no cash sales. Peak 7 and Peak 8 seem to ROFR on any other sale of summer or winter weeks. Strangely enough if you call they won’t take the contract back, but they exercise ROFR on eBay sales and other commercial timeshare sales.
