Hello my friends,
First and foremost, I want to say I wish I knew about the Tug community sooner.You guys are like family.
I have owned my Studio unit at the Kahana Beach Resort for about 25 years and enjoyed going there year after year until the pandemic and for family reasons it's time to pass it to a new owner that can enjoy it as much as we did.
A little recap of the unit
Studio unit
Floating
Every year
Fully paid off
Deeded and deed is in my name free and clear.
Maintenance fees paid till.09/30/2024
$1074 maintenance fees paid in 2024
$204.80 property tax paid in 2024
I will pay all transfer fees
Transfer will be through LT transfers.
Buyer will only have to pay for maintenance and property taxes from 10/012024 to 09/30/2025

Update
I have a week open in 2024 till 09/30/2024 that I will include in the sale to the buyer.
Dates are available so please message me the desired dates and I will check with the owners website and respond promptly.

What a great offer. The units' interiors have just been updated and are beautiful. The new bathroom remodel was very impressive, no longer a dingy bathtub with shower, it's a beautiful walk-in shower with deluxe bright white large tiles.
