We have a floating (red season) 1 bedroom Ocean view deluxe every other year (even) that we are looking to give away. First use year and maintenance fees would be 2028. 2026 mf was around $2100. We will pay for the transfer via LT Transfers.

If it's a floating week it would not be in the HVC points system so yes, it would be for access to the KBC only unless you joined II or RCI to exchange it.
