I own 5000 points HGVC regency of Marco Island, home week starts 2nd Saturday of every August ,5000 points annually For 2 bedrooms.
kids grown up and we hardly use it now, we have been using it for other HGVC mainly orlando and Carlsbad and Hilton hotels by converting to Hilton Honors points. Maintenance fees due on 31 Dec of every year, $1056 for 2019 paid,
