Annual Grandview at Las Vegas 1 bedroom, weeks program, Friday check-in day (Unit 2-207A).

Week 46 (mid-November, sometimes overlaps with Thanksgiving!):

• 2025 dates: 11/14-11/21 (week before Thanksgiving)
• 2026 dates: 11/13-11/20 (week before Thanksgiving)
• 2027 dates: 11/12-11/19 (week before Thanksgiving)
• 2028 dates: 11/17-11/24 (Thanksgiving week)

2025 maintenance fees of $475 paid. No mortgage/lien, deeded property.

Seller willing to pay transfer fees. Happy to work with any reputable transfer or title company of the buyer's choice (LT Transfers seems popular on this forum, but I don't have direct experience).

Grandview at Las Vegas has continuously been awarded a Gold Crown Status with RCI since 2002. It is south of the strip adjacent to South Point Casino.

Interested. Do you have an RCI account with trading power or points that is transferred with the timeshare?

Hi and thanks so much for your interest. Yes I do have an RCI account and have attached a number of photos to show the state of the account including active deposits and weeks still to be deposited. I am open to transferring some or all of these as part of the deal but cannot also support any transfer costs associated with moving the account and/or weeks/deposits.
