We’ve truly enjoyed staying here, especially because of its proximity to Peaks 7 and 6, but we've moved and haven't been using it, and in general not using our points, so we want to transfer this timeshare to someone else who can enjoy it.
No Closing Costs, No Transfer Costs - we will pay these. I'll use the "transfer timeshare to a friend" process to do the transfer via the BGV partner website. (Note that the partner site has an expired security certificate so it feels weird to go there, but I contacted BGV and they confirmed that the site is legit.)
I often was able to reserve a week in the Fall season after the opening of the Breckenridge ski season. For example, Breckenridge opens Nov 8 for the 2025-2026 season; we have an existing reservation Nov 15-22 that will be yours. Note that if the deed transfer doesn't complete in time, I'll transfer the week to you and I'll pay the transfer fee.

Floating week spring/fall. I don't know the point value.
Frequency: Every other year, odd years
Unit size: 1 Bedroom
Annual Maintenance fees: 2025 HOA + property tax was $719.55. I paid for 2025; new owner needs to start paying fees in 2026.
Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year: March 31st
Date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due: 2026
Exchange Company Affiliation: Interval International
Closing Cost estimate: None. We will pay the transfer costs for a quit claim deed transfer. (Breck Grand Vacations Charges $125 for this service.) If you want a different type of transfer, you would pay any amount higher than the quite claim price.
Fully owned/Deeded - no outstanding loan, original owner of 10 years.
2025 check in: Saturday, November 15, 2025 begins at 4:00 p.m.
2025 week check out: Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Unit: 1107A (for bookkeeping purposes, not actually fixed)
Week: 45 (for bookkeeping purposes, not actually fixed)
I do not know exactly which "Club Benefits" will transfer to a new owner; for example, day use parking is a benefit that I don't know about. According to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations website, Club Benefits do not transfer to a new owner automatically. Please check with the BGV resort team to get the details.
