Charging exactly what I paid a fellow TUGger for it - nothing. We're just tweaking our weeks slightly.
Sheraton Broadway Plantation Myrtle Beach, SC. 1 bedroom 1 bath premium unit, 845 sq ft every other year odd usage starting 2013. Deeded as Week 40, Unit 1021, floats 9-43, 47. Fees next due in January 2012 and are $453 for one half of the 2013 usage. Starwood preference in Interval, or can trade with RCI.
Buyer to pay closing costs - should be about $130 if we use Ready Legal (or we should be able to do it ourselves for about $10, which I would cover).
