I am offering my 1 Bedroom Plaza Suite (10th floor corner unit). 1 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6.

First usage is 2027. I've reserved July 4th week in 2027. Great trader in RCI and II. Pulls 47 TPU in RCI and has great power in II.

Fees are roughly $810 plus about $25 in property tax billed separately.

Buyer to pay closing costs with company of your choice. LT transfers is a good choice.

Not a timeshare that I need atm, but I've stayed at the Gaslamp Plaza a couple of times and liked the location.

Both times I stayed there was for the week of San Diego Comic Con.

I imagine. It offers day use so you can get a key and go up to the roof any time. I'm not sure how they manage fireworks. I usually reserve a hotel on the water for that.
