Have had great trades with this Foxrun gem. I have more timeshare weeks than time off:). Maintenance fee is $931. Often includes a a bonus week when deposited.

  3. Week 10 and 46. 2024 available.
  4. Every year.

  6. $915. Annual Maintenance fees
  7. Due on January 1 each year.

Can you complete as many of these details as possible please?

  1. Resort Name
  2. Resort Location
  3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system)
  4. frequency (every year? every other year?)
  5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view)
  6. Annual Maintenance fees
  7. Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly)
  8. date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due
  9. Number of Points and the frequency (every year? every other year?)
  10. Season if applicable (high demand etc)
  11. Exchange Company Affiliation (if any)
  12. Past trades you have made with this ownership
  13. Closing Cost estimate (if any

When you say $0 closing costs, this means you are willing to cover those costs. THe buyer won't be taking them. This usually makes it easier to unload the week.
 
Easy to re-type the deed that you have, enter your name as grantor, buyer's name as grantee. Put $0 in for the sale price. It costs $26 in Rayburn County to get that deed notarized.

I have no idea what Capital Vacations charges for transfer fee. They are usually ridiculous, about $200, for most resorts. To change the name in their system? $200?
 
It would be great if you could put down the unit number on your deed. I got one on here that was week 41, but the unit number was listed and it had no steps to entry. That was important to me.
