Motivated to move this i thought i had someone on here that wanted it, but they are now not responding even after signed agreement was in place. Buyer will need to sign deeds and provide required signed documents to close this timeshare. All this will be sent to LTTransfers which will handle filing the information. Please don't waste my time if you don't plan on following through.

It means week 28 on the odd years so July 7, 2025 is the week I believe. I never paid much attention to the actual week

I actually experienced working with LT Transfers for a timeshare I picked up in 2020. They are great. They made it all seamless and easy.
