Diamond floating week, 3 bedroom lockout, best location in Orlando. Buyer pays transfer fee only.

Trade with RCI and II. 2017 MF $718, $206.72 reserve, $91.96 tax, total $1016.68.

Great RCI TPU value when deposit as two units.

Usage and MF start in 2018.

Hi...just curious as to when the floating week is?
 
Still available. I just paid 2018 MF, usage and fee can start in 2018 or 2019.

Floating week 1-52. Deeded week 13.
