Free Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge ownership in Edisto Beach, South Carolina.

• 300,000 Club Wyndham points annually
• Deeded ownership
• Paid off with no loan balance
• No points available for 2026
• Next 300,000 points available in 2027
• Maintenance fees are approximately $307 per month
• Buyer pays Wyndham transfer fees

I am giving the ownership away at no cost. The new owner will be responsible for all transfer expenses, along with future maintenance fees after the transfer is completed.

Please send me a private message if you are seriously interested. Buyer must verify all ownership information, fees, resale restrictions, and transferable benefits with Club Wyndham before proceeding.

$307 per year in maint fees seems astronomically low for 300,000 points.

Posting is almost ten years old but I agree it sounds more like a monthly rate.

Two Edisto HOAs have closed (Sea Oaks and Sea Palms).
