We have had this since 2005 or so and have enjoyed it very much with our kids. Our vacation plans/travel are changing now and no longer need the timeshare.

2021 maintenance fees $780 paid
Buyer to pay all transfer/closing fees and costs

Resort transfer fee $250
Estoppel letter if requested $100 - have copy of Deed should not be necessary
RCI- $98 if a current points owner, Extra $124 if a new account (included first year membership fee)

SELLER will pay closing costs/fees - $215 LT Transfer and $250 Resort Transfer
SELLER can extend 2020 use year points. Points Total 184,500 for February 2021 - February 2022.
2020 61,500 + 2021 61,500 + Points extension 2021 61,500.
