Yes, I am the owner. The timeshare is a points based timeshare with Wyndham. You can go anywhere, but the deed is with this property. whatever 208,000 will buy or get you at any Wyndham resort.

I also owned another property for 128,000 points with Wyndham and they agreed to take it back through the Certified Departure program. However, Wyndham refuses to allow this one to be part of the Certified Departure program.

Yes, I have not heard back from them yet. Awaiting their “Audit” of my points total and confirmation of the xfer fees.

The deed would be a one bedroom lower level. Just FYI. This doesn't seem like a UDI, but maybe it is. The only resorts we still own (have left) are Bali Hai and Shearwater.

We have used the points available at any given time for 1, 2 or studio units all over the US, for whatever level of unit is available. Actually NEVER stayed here, just where we bought the points at one of their mandatory sales meetings. Just FYI.
