FREE 450 points to use in 2025, Villa Group (Villa Del Palmar)

I have 450 points that I cannot use this year, or bank until next year. This is for The Villa Group such as Villa Del Palmar at a few spots in Mexico. This covers a studio for 3 or 4 days depending on time of year. Let me know if you wanna use them.
 
Is this only good till December of this year? I will be in Cancun in January and would love to use those
