@Tita Joan - - you may get better response by providing more detail, like the annual maintenance fee, taxes, the season (I'm an owner too and know that but someone else might not know that). Also it may be helpful to indicated that it trades through either Interval or RCI. Also, putting down the first year of usage and the when the first MF needs to be paid.

Some say that including a couple of alluring pictures and some words describing the beauty of this beautiful oceanfront property. If someone is unfamiliar with the Sands, this may put them into the mood.

Your price (free) is a great attraction. I hope that you get a decent response. BTW, I'm going to send you a private message to make sure that you are able to pick up a PM. Plus I'll offer you another alternative.
