Annual Maintenance Fees: $655 (including taxes, paid through 2024)
Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year: January 1st
Next due: January 1, 2025
Exchange Company: RCI Points
Title Transfer/Closing: Happy to pay closing and transfer fees for serious buyers

Other Notes:
The Owner greatly enjoyed visiting the resort over the years, including staying in the timeshare unit or trading it for other vacations. The resort provides convenient access to Orlando resorts and attractions. The resort has several amenities (e.g., many pools) and dining options. A complete resort map can be found here. The owner unfortunately can no longer travel to visit the resort and is interested to find a new owner.

Unit is still available! Maintenance fees have also been fully paid for 2025.
I'll add that the unit can be deposited for 66.5k RCI points, which can be redeemed for vacations through the portal. Thanks in advance!

How does this transfer work? Husband and I have stayed here as guests in the past, and we're trying to start a family so this is the perfect location.
This site was referred to me by a friend when talking about timeshares, but this is still a bit of a foreign language to us!

Hi @EyeSeaEwe, that's wonderful to hear! If you are interested, we could definitely arrange to have the transfer made to you. We would reach out to a title insurance company to create a new deed, have it notarized, and then notify the resort. You would be responsible for covering the maintenance fees starting from the ones due Jan-1-2026.
