Occ. Level: BiAnnual Casa deCampo, includes annual usage of either:

Side One:

• Bedroom: One king bed
• One queen sleep sofa
• Full kitchen
• Fireplace
• Balcony
• Whirlpool tub

or Side Two:

• Bedroom: One king bed
• One full sleep sofa
• Partial kitchen
• Fireplace
• Balcony

Floating Unit: Specific unit is assigned when you book with Massanutten, can do so on the owners webite

Fixed Week 17:
• 2025: April 24-May 1
• 2026: April 27-May 4

Maintenance Fee:

• 2024 MF has been paid: $490.50

Usage:

• Annual usage, first usage for new owner is 2025

RCI:

• I've deposited the week into RCI at least 4 of the 8 years I've had it, and on average I get 10 TP, which we've used to get slightly larger accommodations elsewhere, even at Massanutten.
• Can either call the resort or submit an online form to deposit the week.

Deeded or Points:

• Deeded property, uses weeks not points

Renovated:

• Renovations were completed for all Casa De Campo condominiums on December 22, 2022

Some have been pretty good deals, so your mileage may vary, but typically we have been able to get at least a 2 bedroom unit at other local resorts or at Massanutten.

Woodstone is a nice timeshare on a gold course! Spring time is perfect golfing weather. Bummer that no one has jumped on this yet. I would take it if I didn't already have too many weeks! I'm sure someone will take this off of your hands soon
