It depends on the tower/building you are in? Week 22 is High season, not Prime season - less points are needed. Points vary. Ocean view is not Ocean front - which use more points. An Ocean view Tower 1 - 189K, Ocean view Tower 2 - 175K, Tower 3 (view unknown) 189K and Tower 4 (across street - view unknown) 154K points.
