Free to a good home is a 1 bedroom standard at Sheraton Desert Oasis for odd year usage. 2013 maintenance was 327.70.
I own too many weeks which is why I've been giving some some away. (I have 5 weeks at SDO alone)
I will do the transfer and pay all transfer fees.
These can be used for some pretty good trades with Interval because of several factors:
1) First, all Starwood weeks get first look at exchanges into other Starwood resorts such as Westin Ka'anapali.
2) Second, Starwood deposits seem to get higher trading power into other Starwood resorts.
The combination of these factors has allowed me to consistently trade my Desert Oasis 1 bedroom weeks for 2 bedroom units at Westin Ka'anapali.
(If you want to actually stay at Desert Oasis, the season for this unit is 1-52, meaning it can be used any week of the year.)
You can choose to have your usage start in either 2013 or 2015. If you choose 2013, you will need to reimburse me the 655 maintenance. You can then deposit your week to Interval and do exchanges immediately.
