I’m giving away my fully-paid timeshare at **Vacation Village at Williamsburg** (Williamsburg, VA).
There is **no mortgage**, and I have already **paid the 2025 maintenance fee** of $547.15 (due each January).

However, the resort has been a bit uncooperative, so I’m now working with a professional transfer company like LT Transfers to handle everything smoothly.


If you’re serious about moving forward, I’d be happy to provide you with the deed, current invoice status, or anything else you need to feel comfortable—and we can initiate the official transfer process right away through a trusted closing company.

To both current and future owners: try maximizing the value of it as I have a similar unit at the sister resort Colonies and I have traded into Christmas week in Marriott Palm Desert (2-bed) summer week Marriott Surfwatch in Hilton Head (3-bed) and Christmas again Marriott Canyon Villas in Scottsdale (2-bed). Easy trade into DVC as well.

Clarification: The 4 bedroom units can be locked off into 2 x 2 bedroom units. I'm not aware that 2 bedrooms can be locked off at VVW which would mean this is truly 1 week use every other year (as a 2 bedroom for $1100). It would be good to verify on the estoppel to be sure first.

That said, I’ve submitted a request for the estoppel letter to confirm all details—including whether it’s officially recognized as a lock-off unit. As soon as I receive it, I’ll share that as well.

When I originally posted, I described the unit as a 2-bedroom because that’s what I’ve personally used every year through bonus weeks, and I honestly didn’t realize that I technically owned a 4-bedroom "both levels" unit until I reviewed the paperwork more closely.
So just to be clear:

  • The ownership is for a 4-bedroom unit at Williamsburg Plantation (Jamestown building).
  • It's not a partial transfer—I’m offering to transfer the full 4-bedroom biennial deeded ownership.
  • You’ll receive the complete ownership as stated in the deed.

To help out for those who do not know, the 4 bedrooms can be used together or locked off into 2 different 2 bedroom units for use or exchange.
You can use one 2 bedroom unit and exchange the other one.
Week 34 is a summer week with highest TDI.
I will say this is a good deal for anyone interested in a Vacation Village unit or Williamsburg.
