Currently, I’m in the process of requesting an estoppel letter (which verifies that the maintenance fees are fully paid and the account is current) for another interested party. However, the resort has been a bit uncooperative, so I’m now working with a professional transfer company like LT Transfers to handle everything smoothly.

• It's not a partial transfer—I’m offering to transfer the full 4-bedroom biennial deeded ownership.

To help out for those who do not know, the 4 bedrooms can be used together or locked off into 2 different 2 bedroom units for use or exchange.
You can use one 2 bedroom unit and exchange the other one.
Week 34 is a summer week with highest TDI.
I will say this is a good deal for anyone interested in a Vacation Village unit or Williamsburg.
