Hello, I’m offering my Club Wyndham Access timeshare contract for free.

• Ownership: 126,000 CLUB WYNDHAM Access Points
• Usage Type: Annual
• Status: Loan is paid in full and all maintenance fees are current
• Current Maintenance Fees: $102.70 per month
• Use Year: October 1
• Additional Programs: Vacation Sidekick, Travel Up by Travel + Leisure, PlusPartners
• Transfer Costs: I will cover the closing/transfer company fee and Wyndham’s transfer fee.
• Your Cost: $0 — just take over the ownership and ongoing maintenance fees.

This is a great option if you already own Wyndham and want extra points, or if you’re familiar with the system and want to get started at no upfront cost. I’ll be using LT Transfers to handle all paperwork.

Just a quick note to readers: PlusPartners will not transfer with this, and won't entitle the "buyer" to it unless they already have it for some other reason. I think the same is true of Travel Up but do not know for sure.
