FREE 1-Bedroom Floating Week at Blue Tree Resort – Orlando, Florida


We are offering our 1-bedroom floating-week timeshare at Blue Tree Resort in Orlando, Florida, to anyone who can make good use of it.


What we're offering:
• 1-bedroom unit
• Floating week
• Blue Tree Resort, Orlando, FL
• Deeded ownership
• Current year's maintenance fees are paid
• New owner's use begins January 2027
• Transfer is subject to Blue Tree's Right of First Refusal (ROFR)


We are simply looking to give up the ownership rather than continue paying the ongoing maintenance fees. There is no charge for the timeshare itself.


The recipient must qualify to take ownership under Blue Tree’s requirements. We will pay Blue Tree’s transfer fee. Details regarding preparation and recording of the new deed can be worked out with the recipient as part of the transfer process.
