No kidding. But really... the current management hasn't done anything to make me feel better about my ownership or membership in the "club". Obviously, it could be worse than it is, but I'm not convinced a change would result in that by default.

Actually, given that average hotel rates are FALLING one would expect the annual re-valuation would reflect an overall REDUCTION in Star Point values for each level ------- however, for the first time in years, I have see no mention of an annual re-evalutation ocurring this year. Apparently SPG only revalues on the upswing. Surprise.
