I have a question regarding Foxrun. I've seen several people list Foxrun on their list of resorts, and have heard mention that it is a good trader on II, even getting ACs for weeks.

I assume you are talking about Foxrun Townhouses?

Can people give me an idea of how they have exchanged and have these all been through Flexchange? And for which weeks they've received the ACs?

I guess I'm wondering the appeal.

I received ACs for my week 30 and traded to Disney and Marriott resorts.

Good trader. Red weeks receive AC's. But there are other resorts that trade just as good or better including many summer beach and winter ski weeks.

Foxrun appeal has dimmed with the recent sharp rise in maintenance fees and possibility of a sizable special assessment in the near future.

I get an AC for my yellow week (week 11). The MF went up from $440 last year to $550 this year, mostly to cover the costs of repairs. There is discussion of a large special assessment to do a major overhaul of the resort, but nothing has been decided yet.
