Four Seasons Aviara - Sofabeds?

Does the two bedroom unit have one or two sofabeds? My confirmation tells me one, but when I called FSA, they told me two. I see on the floorplan that there are two sofas, but can't tell if they both make into beds.

Two. There is one in the living room, and one in the studio, which also makes into a bed. The occupancy limit is 6, but if need be, you have an extra bed in case some occupants need to sleep on separate beds.
