Just my 2 cents worth.
The Florida Club is getting to be a PIA. It's up again this year.
Now my 3 Ocean Pointe units cost $105.00.....and I have never used the Florida Club once, (nor do I want to)
I think it should be an option....but I know this has been discussed before.

You are really only paying $4 more per unit for the Florida Club. On the Florida Club unit MF bills, the club fee is a separate line item. Units not in the Florida Club have that line item built in to their financial budget breakdown. So really, you are only paying $12 more a year for your three units to be in the Florida Club. Still $12 more than you need to spend, but not as bad as $105.

Dioxide,
Thanks for pointing that out.
I fully realize that it will never go away. (Imagine if all those $34.95's just disappeared at once). It would no doubt cost Marriott a substantial source of income.
It just annoys me... that it is there in the first place! I don't need to use it, nor do I want to use it....but as you say it's built into even non-Florida club owner's
financial budget breakdowns. I'm annoyed yet curious as to why it has to be.
