Free to a good home:
Two bedroom unit at Vacation Villas in FantasyWorld in Kissimmee, Florida.
The unit has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a screened in porch. All units have been recently upgraded and refurbished.
The resort has just undergone a huge renovation to the amenities (new pools, clubhouse, lazy river, indoor surfing, and water features for kids). It is located just 3 - 4 miles from Disney World.
We have had many wonderful Disney vacations with our kids here and are giving this one away only because we have two in Kissimmee and no longer have the need for both.
It is a floating platinum week so you can choose your vacation dates during any week of the year. The maintenance fee is $586 per year and has been paid for 2012. We will facilitate and pay for the transfer process.

It is affiliated with Interval International not RCI.

Just a note that the contract with II is due to expire during 2012 and VV@FW are seriously considering switching to RCI (which would affect the ability to trade into DVC). This is per announcement at the last board meeting we attended.

Also, i have VVF1 and reently booked my first exchange with it. Because i booked and deposited New year's week, i was quite satisfied with what was available to me for exchange in II.

I'm thinking this should be another thread, so as not to steer away from the OP. I'm not sure there actually was any issue with II, other than the existing contract is exclusive to II so couldn't deposit into any other trading company. I believe that the board is/will be looking at options of being able to trade into other trading/exchange companies and not have an exclusive contract with one company (sorry, I should have clarified better on prev. post about switching to RCI). I wasn't trying to stir up trouble, but did want to alert that if VV@FW does include RCI as one of the exchange companies, then DVC will be out of the picture for us to trade into. Though, since DVC is not with II, that actually is a mute issue anyway since if they stayed with II, DVC isn't an option anyway. Crap, I sound like a rambling idiot - hope that's not what turning 60 does to a person - I must have celebrated too much!!
