Floating Week at Carlsbad Inn?

I own two weeks at Carlsbad Inn, both fixed week. Every sale I've seen from CBI is fixed week.
I have an alert set up on RedWeek to show me new postings for CBI because we like it so much. Well there's one up right now that says it's a floating week.
That can't be right, can it? Anyone know?

We own there as well. Never heard of floating weeks either.

Update: I contacted Redweek and they reached out the poster. The poster seems to have changed their ad and now it's for Carlsbad Seapointe not Carlsbad Inn.

That makes more sense. Non summer weeks are float at Seapointe.
