Maintenance Fees paid for 2019 - $748.00

Usage available for 2020.

Title transfer fees will be covered.

I acquired this unit from a family member who passed, but I no longer want to pay for the MF due to having health issues and other expenses related to that. This unit has been in the family since the 90's but I don't anticipate being able to use it in the future.

I will like to rent it in July if you don’t find a buyer by then. I will like to take my kiddos to myrtle beach. At least the rental can cover your maintenance fee for the coming year

The website link is bad, just FYI....maybe they didn't renew the URL or moved the site?
 
The link worked for me on my IPAD. Viewed the property layout and photos of their villas.
