I found the following in the "renting your week" advice -

Get a rental agreement and make sure that the person supplies a copy of their driver’s license and prove that they are at least 21 years old. Many resorts require the person checking in to be at least that old.

Where do I find a rental agreement on TUG? Can anyone reply with a link? I looked, but I couldn't find it -_-

I am going to send it to my renter and have them sign it and fax it to me with their driver's license. I hope that's right.

If you look at the sticky on "How to Rent Your Timeshare", there is a link to Timeshares Today where you can get a sample rental contract.

I use the same agreement Luanne refers to. The cost is nominal, you can download it and it includes instructions and optional clauses, depending on your circumstances.

There are also three sample rental agreements in the Renting section of TUG Advice (link on the red bar at the top of this page).
