i can see all the subscribers on the channel and i use a random number generator to pick the winners!

Keep the information flowing. Have learned so much over the years with the information you provide. Now that our two timeshare's are closed in VB we need to research our options. Lots of great vacations the last 20 years.

You need to make sure your subscriptions are public on YouTube. They are not public by default. You have to change it in settings.
