Fires on Maui and in Lahaina

We have been to Maui a number of times and have always gotten a car. We will be getting a car in December when we go. We have a number of years on you and Kim so trying to vacation without a car on the islands is our transition plan to being older but not compromising our lifestyle. When it's just Kim and I, we can easily be on the islands without a car If we had to. Even here on Molokai, the bus goes into town a few times a day so we can get back and forth fairly easily. You are correct and many people don't take into account not being able to drive. shaka
