PP had a bunch of units burn down a few years back. I believe they are pretty close to a fire station. Maybe they should invest in their own fire truck.

This would cause your MF to go UP! UP! (more staff 24 hours on duty & fire equipment to maintain).
Maybe, they should eliminate all the wooden burning fire places in the units.

The article in Brian's link stated that the fire started in the attic of the unit. Perhaps a chimey fire (that some people often dont realize is occurring) or an electrical issue. We were there for a week when those units were being built, glad those guys weren't building our house! :eek:
