HI @Ldpoteat
Welcome to TUG

WFG runs lots of advertisements on AM radio.
They charge a lot of money.

If a timeshare is fully paid off you can give it away yourself.
If it is not paid off your options are fewer and WFG cannot cancel a loan agreement that you legally signed.

If you add more information on this thread you will get input from knowledgable TUG members.

Please understand that WFG and others of the same ilk consider foreclosure to be a successful exit. You don't need anyone's help to force foreclosure.

By their own admission, thousands have. However TUG wisdom says to not pay anyone thou$and$ to do something you can do yourself for free. If your TS is paid off, you can give it away. If not, no entity can magically make a legally signed contract go away without consequences.

Wesley Financial is an exit company. This business model is rife with scammers who simply take the money, do nothing and eventually disappear. While Wesley has been around for a while, they can at best be considered the cream of the crap. Most of their "successes" can be attributed to deed back programs offered by the resorts to owners at little to no cost, programs Wesley and other exit companies do not want owners to know about because then the owners wouldn't pay them thousands of dollars to simply deed back to the resort. As @chapjim pointed out, they consider foreclosure to be a successful exit. Of course, foreclosure is something you could do yourself and not pay a dime for it. By using an exit company, you are going to pay thousands of dollars upfront in return for a promise, a promise they may or may not keep. As good as you may think Wesley is, just look at their 67 complaints on the BBB (link below). Read through them to get an idea of what you will likely be dealing with. Finally, if you feel comfortable using an exit company with a "good" reputation and/or guarantee, check out the link below which has three so called "good" exit companies that went out of business taking with them hundreds of thousands or more likely millions of dollars of their customer's money with them.
