Hi
I'm filling out an agreement to purchase timeshare points. I would like to add my girlfriend on the deed so that we can both book rooms in case we want 2 at the same time without paying for a guest certificate. How should the deed read? Joint tenants with survivorship rights? tenants in common? sole and separate property? Also if I own other real estate (not a timeshare) will listing as joint tenants jeopardize the sole ownership of that property or is it considered separate?
Also wondering if I should list my adult children as well in case they travel without us?
Thanks very much.
