This is pretty much my view. We've stayed in every Marriott/Vistana property there over the years and they all have their pluses and minuses, but generally are all really high quality. We've been on property at two of the Westgates and they're definitely a step below. Never been to DVC but I'd imagine if Disney is your thing then you'd probably pick them.
For what it's worth, we spend the most time at Cypress Harbour, spending a month there every March.
