Pretty self explanatory from the title, what are your favorite beach resorts in the MVC inventory and why! I own at a beach resort so I have my biases, but I would love to hear others opinions. Full disclosure, I will likely use the top vote getters as a list of resorts to consider visiting ;). Let's see your favorites!

Grande Ocean.
Great beach, multiple nice pools, access to Sea Pines, easy access to bike trails that can take you anywhere on the island.

I'm there with you! An MGO platinum week is our only timeshare. We used it for the first time this year and loved it!

Other thoughts anyone?

Our favorite are Grande Ocean, Surf Watch and The Manor Club.
Another vote for the excellent MGO. I obviously can't agree more! And more interesting resorts to consider, Thanks.

Keep them coming!

Our favorite is Crystal Shores in Marco Island…we love the upscale units..IMO one of the best in the MVC inventory….the beach is wide and very calm…the property is well taken care of..the area has many very good restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive..we love the beauty and relaxed vibe of Marco Island…and some of the best sunsets you will ever see.

Family says "OceanWatch"

We're only 3 hours away by car from Raleigh area. It's really nice to be close and go often.

Those balcony’s at Crystal Shores are pretty sweet!

The only beachfront locations I have been to so far are Ocean Pointe, & Oceanwatch. Loved them both. Large footprints with multiple pools and lots of other great amenities like putt-putt, bocce ball, playgrounds, etc. Both also have great hot tubs which is an important feature to me as well!

headed to Aruba Surf Club in 2 months so can’t wait to add another beachfront offering to my list as well!

I agree with gln60 as Crystal Shores is our family's favorite. We prefer traveling to Marco Island during the Spring and late Fall to avoid the summer heat. We love the laid back feel of the island in the off-season, enjoy the shelling and water sports. The white sandy beach and pools are fantastic. Naples and the Everglades are not far away as a change of pace.

A close second is Grande Ocean in Hilton Head for the reasons that Fastr posted. It's a great destination for families and couples alike. We love the low country natural beauty and cuisine. Iconic Harbour Town Golf Links hosts the Heritage Golf Tournament each Spring and is a great event that we like to attend. I expect our grandson's will really get excited about the Lazy River when it opens in 2023.

We visit OceanWatch at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach frequently as it is closer to our home base in Virginia. The Spring and Fall seasons are fantastic for golf. We've established our personal "favorites" restaurant list that are musts each time we visit. OceanWatch is our family's third favorite MVC beach destination.

IMHO MVC offers so many other fantastic beach resorts that one can make a case for each as being a favorite. My wife and I have stayed at the Maui Ocean Club Lahaina Towers, Ko Olina Beach Club on Oahu, Aruba Ocean Club, and Frenchman's Cove on ST. Each resort location has its own unique appeal as reasons for wanting to return again.

We look forward to staying at the Waiohai Beach Club and experiencing the beauty of Kauai next February!

Aruba Surf / Ocean Clubs. Water color is spectacular and ability to anchor and relax in the ocean in a float.

We have decided to make Crystal Shores our annual Spring vacation every year

My order of preference in the Continental US is:
  1. Crystal Shores
  2. Oceana Palms
  3. Ocean Pointe
  4. Surf Watch
  5. Barony
  6. Grand Ocean (I rated it lower than the others because I've always gotten a bad villa assignment there since I don't own)
  7. Newport Coast (not really ocean front, but great coastal view)
I haven't yet visited Ocean Watch, so I can't yet rate it.

Aruba, Grande Ocean and Oceana Palms

Suggest you look at the pictures and add Ocean Watch.

Suggest you remove Newport Coast as it is not a beach resort. It's a quarter of a mile or more down the hill to a rocky beach across a highway. Oh, and the water is cold, even in the Summer.

-- perfection --

Waiohai - the beach, reef, and frequent visits by wildlife including monk seals are unique.
South Beach - Truly gorgeous beach (even if it is across the street)
Waikoloa - If you drive up to Hapuna (about 15 minutes...otherwise not much of a beach at all)

-- nice but with water too calm for us --
Crystal Shores (Marco Island)
Aruba
KBC
Ko Olina

-- weirdly unappealing (at least for swimming) --
Maui Ocean Club (though you can walk up to Black Rock to snorkel)
Newport Coast (great for walking along though)

-- never been --
SC, Other FL Ocean resorts

SurfWatch for me because its natural setting is quintessential Hilton Head Island, Barony Beach for Don because it's the only one on the island with its oceanfront-designated units actually facing out directly to the ocean. Now that we have a home on the island we use both to generate DC Points but we do take advantage of Day Passes to occasionally pamper ourselves and our guests.

We stayed at Crystal Shores long before the build-out was complete - it was gorgeous then, am sure it's even more so now.

Waiohai was beautiful and someday we'll get back there.

Oceana Palms is on our list.

While I like Crystal Shores, it has a wierd setup, esp getting to/from the Pool from the new section.

I like how the footprint looks from an aerial shot but will have to visit again to check out the weirdness. :)

If you're in the new section you have to go through the parking lot or round about and down multiple levels to get to the pools, esp the ones closer to the ocean. It's really challenging for those with mobility issues even without a WC. Same getting to and from the old section from Parking and Lobby but to and from the pool is easier once you get there.
