Thinking of Alii purchase
Been in Coral many times and it was convenient to rooftop and has covered parking, but people complain about noise and potenial poor views.
Any opinions? Alii, Banyon, Coral (lowest fees)

We like the Ali'i building - it's quiet, has the quiet pool, and the most unobstructed views. That being said, I think the most recent newsletter said that they are giving away Banyon & Coral units to current owners.

The owners association is giving away one bedrooms in all 3 buildings for reduced closing costs, and either one or two years maintenance fees paid in advance.

They are also offering to allow owners in the Coral building to upgrade their ownership to the Alii building with no cost involved besides the higher maintenance fee of the Alii building. The speculation on the Lawai Beach owners Facebook page is that the owners association eventually would like to sell all units in the Coral building to individual full time owners as a money saving scheme.
