As a "newbie" to the BBS (and TUG), I am a pensioner desiring to get rid of a couole of my timeshares so I won't have to pay for them annually. I noticed an advertiser on TUG, JRA Services (escrow company), who was linked to a "fastselltimeshare.com" which offered to buy my timeshares. Having read some of the warnings, I wondered whether this was another "scam," or because it was on TUG, was trustworthy. Any info on this group?

JRA Services is a respected company. I don't know if fastselltimeshare.com is affiliated with them other than advertizing on their site. From reading their site, they don't sound like they charge an upfront fee. I don't know how they can turn over timeshares fast enough to make what they are doing profitable though. I would enter with caution but keep an open mind. Since they pay for the closing cost I would think their market analysis would indicate that many timeshares are worth $0.
