2 bedroom lock off Villas in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC. Winter Season (weeks 1-18). Odd and even calendar years. Golf week (odd years). Can break up unit for trades to get 1 week/year.
We are giving them away as a package or the Winter weeks as individual weeks if preferred.
I have had them for 15 years and with exchanges to London, Hawaii, Scottsdale, Paris and California I have gotten my value from them
We have:
• 2 bi-annual winter weeks
• 1 bi-annual odd year golf week (May to late June; around labour day to early September)
They are two bedroom lockout units. That is important if you decide to trade them since you can trade them as 2 one bedrooms; or use the larger one bedroom side at Fairmont and then trade the other. The lockout has its own kitchen so two families can each have a private unit.
And they can be exchanged for a summer week through Interval International or SFX or for other resorts - I last used them for 2 weeks in Hawaii (Kauai and Maui). And I have the Marriott Newport booked for Christmas
The winter is called Prime - weeks 1 to 18; in 2012 - January 1 up to week ending May 11
The Golf - weeks 19 to 25; weeks 36 to 41 in 2012 - May 7 to week ending June 29; and Sept 3 to week ending October 19
