How can you see Extra Vacations that you have on hold on-line? I cannot find mine anywhere . . . Thanks

If you had a Guide place the unit on hold for you, you will not be able to confirm it online. Only units placed on hold using our website are accessible. The web function uses separate technology from that of the Guides, even though they access the same inventory.

I placed the extra vacation on hold myself but it does not appear anywhere on the on-line screens that I can see. Thanks.

That is odd. If you don't mind, please send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com with TUG in the subject line. Provide them with your online password (not the login as they can get that from our end) and they can try to duplicate what you're seeing. You should be able to go back in and confirm an Extra Vacations unit you've placed on hold.
