Extending a Vistana Return Vacation Package

Purchased a 4 - 6 night return vacation package after at stay at Westin Kaanapali. Can stay at multiple resorts up to 5 days from $399(studio CO) - $1100 (nanea 2 bdrm 5 nites)

Has anyone ever successfully extended these packages beyond the expiration? I am unsure of travel schedule/work.

I was able to extend a package by six months once at no charge.

18 months. How long was your original package? I got them to extend to 18 months up-front before we purchased because it was originally 12 months.

Original package was 12 months and they then gave me a free extension to 18 months when I needed a bit longer to book. I seem to recall they said that beyond 18 months there would be a nominal charge (I think it was around $200).

That's a good price. I was offered a similar package after completing a presentation at Vistana Villages. A studio in Maui for 4 nights cost around $1,300 or $1,400.
