Marriott Vacation Club Points
I have [Destination Club points] and I can't use them. Is there a way to sell these points to someone else to use?

What do you think they are worth on a quick sale? Does Marriott charge anything for the transfer?

I would market them at 49 cents each, and hopefully one person will take everything you have (it makes it far easier that way since you have to contact Marriott to make the transfer). Points are plentiful right now mainly because of the Covid situation (currently 18 listings on VPE).

If one person takes them all then all it will take is just one phone call to Marriott to do the transfer. Marriott does NOT charge for the point transfer.

Think about spending $15 and becoming a member of TUG. Welcome to TUG.
