Speaking only for myself, I have never before ever heard of either one.
With all the multiple experiences, references and endorsements available here from TUG folks, may I ask how / where you even found these names?
An eBay TS seller will be using either of these for the closing process. He said he would decide which one depending on their workload and who would be able to complete the process the fastest.
I'd never heard of these companies either so figured I'd ask around.
The best question to ask the seller is whether either of them use someone properly licensed in the state where the timeshare is located to prepare the legal documents. If they say yes, then ask the name and check with that state yourself. Too many timeshare ''owners'' are sitting with invalid deeds thanks to their being prepared by unqualified persons, and out of state timeshare closing companies are the biggest reason.

Well, that explains a lot. These alleged "closing companies" are most likely just in house people (and by "in house" I specifically mean likely the very same people as the eBay seller), merely using invented "company" names. Also likely the exact same people, in either "company" instance. It does sound impressive though. "Global" indeed......
Be careful. In the absence of any objective third party involvement and / or any real legal expertise, the opportunities for deed errors, however innocent those mistakes may be, are truly numerous whenever the fox is taking care of the chicken coop administrative matters --- "in house".
